The Role

As a Resource Specialist, you strengthen the backbone of our mobile workforce by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time, effectively and sustainably. You’re part of the Operations team (reporting to the Operations Director) and work closely with HR to align on availability, retention and deployment.

You lead capacity planning and forecasting, step in when daily re-planning is needed, and turn workforce data into actionable insights. While you don’t build tools yourself, your input helps shape smart, user-friendly solutions for planning, supporting both yourself and regional management. From seasonal shifts to pilot zones and growth initiatives, you're at the center of agile, data-driven workforce planning.

Profile

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Operations, HRM or Business
  • At least 3 years of experience in workforce/resource planning or operational coordination
  • Analytical mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Skilled in planning tools, Excel and performance dashboards
  • Able to work across departments and act fast when things change
  • Proactive, detail-driven and unafraid to take initiative
